2. The information we collect

• Enquiry details you give us — your name, email, phone number and the content of your message, when you use our contact form, email us, call, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Booking & treatment information — details you share so we can arrange and deliver treatment, which may include health-related information such as symptoms, pain, injuries or relevant medical history (see “Health information” below).
• On-site assistant — if you use the Recovery assistant on this website, the details you type (for example your area/postcode or symptoms) are used to help answer your enquiry. 3. Health information (special category data)
